Owner seeing declining trend in sales over the previous 3 years. The client had an outdated Point-of-Sale (POS) system which wasn’t compatible with integrating with an ecommerce solution. The client was aware of online but couldn’t quantify the opportunity and didn’t know how to approach and implement.
Firstly, we needed to implement a new POS system that would be compatible with an online ecommerce solution. We underwent a system selection process for a new POS and future ecommerce platform. Once we selected appropriate systems, we project managed the implementation process with included data migration and training.
Successfully implemented both POS and ecommerce systems and launched within 6 months. Ecommerce now represents 30% of total revenue composition and the business was able to transact through the pandemic and limit revenue impacts.
