An owner-operator who has scaled and exited two companies, Todd sold his consulting firm GrowthPoint to Grant Thornton Canada and then led growth acceleration for its Canadian Consulting practice—experience he now channels to help ambitious owner-operators achieve growth and exit goals.

Todd is passionate about building high-performing companies with collaborative cultures that create measurable value for customers, employees, and shareholders. Outside of work, he is an avid golfer, skier, and amateur chef—often found at the Bay Street or at the 19th hole.
