Shivam brings over four years of experience in full-cycle payroll administration, with strong expertise in compliance, remittances and benefits across union and non-union environments. His attention to detail and strong command of platforms like Ceridian, ADP, Payment Evolution, QBO and Payworks allows him to efficiently manage complex payrolls while ensuring accuracy and timeliness. His focus on operational accuracy and proactive communication helps clients reduce risk and improve payroll reliability.
Shivam stays current with payroll legislation and industry trends through active participation in the National Payroll Institute and ongoing professional development. Shivam is particularly interested in streamlining payroll workflows to enhance compliance and reporting accuracy. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active through hiking and playing cricket, and has a passion for exploring new cultures, travelling and wellness. Shivam stays connected with his family through regular calls and visits during special occasion.
Since 2023, he’s been actively supporting newcomers to Canada by helping them file their personal taxes through the CRA’s Community Volunteer Income Tax Program (CVITP), for which he obtained a volunteer EFILE number.
