Rodney leads large-scale change across private and public organizations with a global perspective gained since 1990.
A former public company CFO, he has designed internal controls, overseen major system changes, built finance organizations, taken companies public, and managed boards and public stakeholders on three continents. As a buy-side M&A executive, he has acquired more than 300 companies and guided ownership transitions.
Rodney is a CPA with a Bachelor of Business Management and is active in professional communities including The Conversation Series and PEO. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, tennis, and vacationing with his wife and family.
