Conor brings a distinctive blend of international banking, growth capital, and corporate advisory experience, with a strong track record supporting entrepreneurs, executives, and investors through complex transactions and strategic growth initiatives.
Prior to joining GreySuits, Conor was Managing Partner at Grey Lake Advisory and a Director with BDC’s Growth and Transition Capital team. In these roles, he structured and executed senior and mezzanine debt transactions to support mergers and acquisitions and growth capital investments across a diverse range of industries, including aerospace, software, hospitality, and manufacturing.
At GreySuits, Conor leads the Corporate Advisory practice, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, growth and transition capital, and international expansion strategies. He is known for his practical, operator-focused approach and his ability to guide entrepreneur-led businesses through critical phases of growth, financing, and strategic change.
