Peter is a Director in the GreySuits consulting team, where he supports clients navigating transition, transformation, and growth environments. He brings deep expertise in digital transformation and operational improvement, helping organizations align strategy, processes, and technology to drive performance. Peter works closely with leadership teams to design and execute initiatives that enable scalable growth, improve efficiency, and deliver sustainable business outcomes.

Peter’s strength lies in his breadth of knowledge and his ability to communicate effectively across functions. He excels at bridging gaps between departments—including HR, IT, Sales, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain—ensuring alignment and collaboration across the organization. By fostering trust and engagement at all levels, Peter helps organizations successfully adopt change and build internal support for transformation initiatives. His approach combines structured problem-solving with a strong focus on stakeholder alignment and measurable results.

Peter is a licensed Professional Engineer and holds both a PMP certification and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. He is also a sessional lecturer at the University of Toronto, where he teaches a first-year engineering design course. Peter has authored white papers on data management and the role of data clarity in organizational growth, and he regularly speaks on mentorship and leadership within the engineering community. He holds both undergraduate and master’s degrees in chemical engineering.

Outside of work, Peter enjoys playing soccer and is an avid movie enthusiast. He is actively involved in volunteer initiatives focused on education and supports charitable organizations such as Haul for Hope based out of Toronto’s Billy Bishop Airport. Known for his wide-ranging curiosity, Peter takes pride in his general knowledge and enjoys learning about new topics and perspectives.
