Damian holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and Accounting. He brings more than 18 years of accounting, bookkeeping, compliance tax (ABC), financial and business management experience in both the corporate and small to medium-sized enterprise markets. Prior to establishing GreySuits, Damian was the Founder and Managing Director for DAC & Associates Inc (DAC). He also served as a Senior Associate for Assurance and Business Advisory Services at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC), and an Accounting Consultant at Manulife Financial.
Kimberly holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Public Policy and Administration – Public Management and Leadership. She has more than 13 years of communications, marketing and business development experience in the public, for-profit and not-for-profit sectors. Before starting GreySuits with Damian, she was a Partner at DAC and worked as the firm’s SME Advisor, Operations & Communications. She was also a marketing, communications and business development specialist for two of Canada’s leading (Seven Sisters) law firms.

RODNEY DAVIS, CACFO
Rodney has been leading change management in private and public organizations for more than 23 years in several countries across a variety of industries. As a public company CFO, he has designed internal controls, overseen large and small business system change, built financial organizations, taken companies public, and managed board and public company stakeholders on 3 continents. As a buy-side M&A executive, Rodney has bought more than 300 companies in media, advertising, technology, retail and oil and gas. He has negotiated and executed business sales and purchases for entrepreneurs, public companies and everything in between. He has built small businesses, expanded large businesses and advised multi-generational ownership through transition. Not only is Rodney a GreySuits CFO, but he is also the Principal at R2.
CHIWALE GOODING, CPA, CACFO
Chiwale is a CPA and CA who has more than 10 years’ experience in managing projects in Assurance, Tax and Business Advisory Services while at PwC. His experience crosses a range of sectors, including Banking, Insurance, & other Financial Services sectors, Off Shore, Consumer Goods, Public Sector and Manufacturing. Since 2011, Chiwale has transitioned to being an external consultant where he has advised clients such as PwC Canada, PwC Barbados, BMO Wealth Management, CIBC and Insurance Corporation of Barbados. He also advises several smaller Private Clients in a range of industries. In his consultancy role Chiwale manages audits for these companies, he is a business advisor to them and is an advisor on financial transactions. Before being a GreySuits CFO, Chiwale started and continues to run successful businesses, including an international animation studio, a personal tax advisory company and an accounting/financial advisory company.
RAJ KAILASANATHAN, CPA, CMACFO
Raj holds designations as a CPA, CMA, FCCA, CGMA, ACMA and brings more than 25 years of experience as a CFO at GreySuits. In his current role, Raj focuses on early stage financial modeling for entrepreneurs and oversees the strategic planning, financial growth, reporting, treasury, tax, and internal audit functions of companies. He excels at and enjoys filling supporting roles where existing management is lacking in experience or resources for start-up to mid-size growth oriented firms. Prior to joining GreySuits, Raj held several senior leadership roles as CFO of ZoomAndGo.com Inc., Director of Finance & Corporate Treasurer for Real Matters Inc; Director of Finance, Solidifi Inc; and Group Financial Controller for Montrose International Group.
JENNIFER BRYCEOffice Manager
For more than 20 years Jennifer has worked as a Payroll/Benefits Administrator, Payroll Analyst/Administrator, Office Administrator and Office Manager. In addition to being GreySuits Office Manager she is an Accounting Administrator and she previously fulfilled similar roles at DAC. Her extensive professional experience includes: full-cycle bookkeeping, office management, and accounting functions for SMEs, as well as being responsible for accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), payroll, processing complex terminations, and ensuring accurate processing of ROE’s, and ensuring that internal controls/audit trails were in place for all benefit processes. Some of her other responsibilities were to ensure monthly and year-end regulatory filings, as well as generate payments to third parties – RRSP and pension payments – while ensuring deductions were in accordance with provincial/federal legislation(s), union agreements and corporate policies. Jennifer has detailed knowledge of QuickBooks and Simply Accounting, and has extensively used Ceridian Insync and ADP Windows payroll systems. She studied at Ryerson University and Seneca College in the areas of Accounting and Financial Planning, did several Carswell payroll courses, and completed the CPA Level 1 and Level 2 payroll training. She is a member of the Canadian Payroll Association.
JEAN-YVES PAQUETTEAccounting Administrator
Jean-Yves is a bilingual Accounting Administrator at GreySuits. He previously worked with DAC as an Accounting Administrator and Bookkeeper and has 35 plus years of business experience in managing, implementing and supporting business accounting systems in large, medium and small businesses. Some of the companies he has worked for include: The Hudson Bay, Merrill Lynch, CIBC and Carswell Thomson Publishing. As an Accounting and Operations Manager at Maverick Research Inc., for more than 10 years Jean-Yves applied finance planning, financial, project management and systems implementation skills to contribute to the corporation’s success. He is fully conversant in Microsoft Office, ZOHO, Sage 50, QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online.
CHRISTINA TSORLINISAccounting Administrator
For more than 40 years Christina has offered full-cycle booking services to various companies across several industries. Before joining GreySuits as an Accounting Administrator her previous roles were as Bookkeeper and Office Manager. In these capacities, she has handled initial accounting setup, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and month-end journal entry responsibilities. She also: conducted bank and credit card reconciliations; administrated payroll; remitted employee deductions, including CPP, EI, and federal taxes; issued T4s and T4As; prepared and filed government remittances, including GST/HST, WSIB & EHT; completed ROE’s; prepared trial balances and monthly financial statements, and document preparation for year-end reports to be submitted to accountants. Christina’s experience includes working with companies setting up offices in the United States of America (U.S.) – Chicago, Los Angeles and New York, where she worked with lawyers to set up incorporation under U.S. laws, as well as trained new employees on all offices policies, procedures and use of such accounting software as QuickBooks.
John has more than 15 years’ experience in managing cash flow; preparing financial statements and budgets; administering accounts payable and accounts receivable; and monthly bank reconciliations. Throughout his professional career he has undertaken numerous roles requiring balancing multiple time-sensitive deadlines, while ensuring a high level of quality control in the reports and statement he produces. Before coming on board with GreySuits as a Bookkeeper, he was a bookkeeper for DAC, as well as an Accounting Clerk, Operations Administrator, Quality Control Manager and Budget Controller in the retail, insurance, asset management and financial services sectors. John is fully conversant in Microsoft Office, XRHMA plus, E-policy, Orama erp, ORACLE and Sage Accounting systems.
